The Raven Has Landed!

 

Well Ravens fans, the Joe Flacco era is officially underway.  The former University of Delaware QB signed a five year deal worth up to $30 million including $8.75 million guaranteed.  This should make Baltimore fans extremely happy because it will put him on equal footing with Kyle Boller and Troy Smith in learning Cam Cameron’s new offense.  With a cannon for an arm and an already solid grasp of the Raven’s new schemes, it’s only a matter of time until we see him behind center.  All of the “experts” are saying we should expect to see him sometime around Week 6 but if he plays the way he has in the early camps, he just may find himself on the field for the opener against Cincy.  I cannot wait to see this kid on the field, lets hope the demons from QB’s past are gone!
