I received that message yesterday and knew it had to be the title of today’s blog. Not only did the Ravens win yesterday in their first home game in almost a month, they ended an era. I honestly could not believe what I was watching yesterday. Andy Reid has absolutely given up on that team and in my opinion ended Donovan McNabb’s tenure as Eagles QB. At halftime the Eagles were fighting for their playoff lives in a close game on the road against one of the leagues toughest defenses. Now I know McNabb was struggling but to put an untested QB in that game is like throwing a deer carcas to a pit of hungry lions. Kevin Kolb is in a tough spot now. He was drafted to fit into the Andy Reid’s system but it seems like that system (along with the coach) are most likely on one of the first buses out of town. I hope Philly fans bask in that World Series win because you are about to see the total collapse on the Eagles. Good luck with that.
